This tool will help diagnose mobility problems, assess the impact of interventions in public space, prioritise their implementation over time and reduce the difficulties associated with putting them into practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Institut Opin\u00f2metre<\/strong> collaborated on the project with <strong>DOYMO<\/strong>, the company awarded the public contract.<\/p>\n<p>The surveys were conducted at locations agreed with the City Council, with support from the city\u2019s transport operators and local police. Both the contractor and the <strong>City Council<\/strong> asked residents to take part in the household, telephone and on-street surveys. The target population comprised M\u00e1laga residents aged between 14 and 80. Respondents were to be sampled by area, in proportion to the resident population of each area.<\/p>\n<p>The data will show how many trips enter and leave each of the study areas every day.
