This work continued an initial phase conducted in July.<\/p>\n<p>The mobility plan is an essential tool for appropriate urban development. It provides an overview of the municipality and helps identify mobility problems. Together, these actions will determine the strategies that prioritise mobility and accessibility across the municipality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Institut Opin\u00f2metre<\/strong> was contracted to collect the data. Staff would be clearly identified and accompanied by local police officers wherever police support was required. Household mobility surveys using CATI methodology were also included.<\/p>\n<p>Sampling consisted of traffic counts using pneumatic tubes and face-to-face surveys at the designated locations.
