Satisfaction survey of Segovia’s urban bus users

Institut Opinòmetre has carried out a study commissioned by Segovia City Council to assess customer satisfaction with the city’s urban bus routes.

During the fieldwork, a sample of bus network users was asked about their satisfaction with various aspects of the service, their own characteristics and their everyday mobility.

The surveys were conducted on board buses across the entire network, including the BUHO night service, from 4 to 9 November 2019. More than 1,500 urban bus users were interviewed for the study.
