Rigorous methodology adapted to each study

Quantitative methodologies: CATI (telephone), CAPI (face-to-face), CAWI (online), multi-channel studies. Qualitative techniques: focus groups, in-depth interviews, hall tests, mystery shopping. All projects include: questionnaire design and testing, fieldwork quality control, data cleaning and statistical analysis, a report of findings and analysis-ready data.
