B-MINCOME Survey 2019
Institut Opinòmetre has carried out fieldwork for the evaluation survey of B-MINCOME, an EU pilot project on social inclusion strategies led by Barcelona City Council’s Social Rights Department. The project combines municipal inclusion support with active social and employment policies in ten neighbourhoods along Barcelona’s Besòs corridor. The third wave of the panel was conducted in 2019.
The aim of the survey was to provide information for decision-making during the development of the project, which implements a comprehensive policy to tackle poverty and social exclusion.
The methodology combined computer-assisted telephone and in-home face-to-face interviews.
Fieldwork took place during July, with a sample of 1,114 interviews.
