Survey of audiovisual media use and perceptions
Institut Opinòmetre was responsible for the fieldwork for the 2019 edition of the Survey of Audiovisual Media Use and Perceptions from the Centre d’Estudis d’Opinió (CEO).
The survey sought to establish the current state of audiovisual media in Catalonia. It asked about the technological equipment available in Catalan households, audiovisual consumption habits and assessments of television, radio and the Internet, opinions of public media, and the need to regulate audiovisual content.
The survey was conducted from 4 to 25 February 2019 in municipalities throughout Catalonia, using CAPI methodology (computer-assisted face-to-face interviews). A total of 1,600 interviews were collected.
