Everyday Mobility Survey (EMQ) 2020 in the Camp de Tarragona ATM area

Spatial planning, road and transport infrastructure planning, and transport service planning require an understanding of the different aspects of mobility, the everyday social situations associated with it, and citizens’ travel habits, needs and modal split.

For this reason, fieldwork was carried out for the Everyday Mobility Survey (EMQ) 2020 in the Camp de Tarragona ATM area, covering the counties of Alt Camp, Baix Camp, Baix Penedès, Conca de Barberà, Priorat and Tarragonès. The work consisted of sample design, conducting 13,814 telephone surveys, quality control and monitoring, as well as data processing and cleaning.
